We focus on cultivating self love, and emphasize the importance of what individuals put into their bodies. Access to fresh produce, general care, and fitness training dare crucial components of the foundations efforts. The goal is to improve the mental, physical, and emotional well-being of the communities, it serves, particularly in areas where additional resources are needed to reduce factors that negatively affect youth.
Students rotate through movement circuits, healthy snack labs, and mindfulness sessions that build consistent habits.
