Workforce Development
Through hands-on experiences and employment training, the Logan Wilkes Foundation provides youth with opportunities to access jobs at various companies. We take pride in offering, developmental skills and industries, such as culinary, food, service, and hospitality. By doing so, it not only helps youth gain valuable skills, but also contribute to building a more capable and empowered workforce.
Students learn communication, teamwork, and time management—then meet local pros and practice interviews until it feels natural.
